ENDORSEMENTS... Do they really mean anything...?
The local newspaper announced the endorsement of one of the Candidates in the Democrat Primary, in the 59th District, today. The person who wins that Primary will run against me in November. So, this got me thinking, do endorsements really matter...? in full disclosure, in 2016, I was Endorsed by the NRA, Buckeye Firearms Association, and Ohio Right to Life. I fully expect to have those same endorsements this year, along with many others. I am currently endorsed by Right to Life Action Coalition for Ohio, many Township Trustees and School Board Members, as well as many local community leaders, and I am a VERIFIED CANDIDATE from Ohio Advocates for Medical Freedom. Endorsements are just the political norm and candidates are expected to seek out organizations and people to endorse them.
So, the question of the day: Do endorsements really mean anything to you...? Would you vote for someone based on an endorsement from another person or organization...?
